We gladly accept returns within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. To qualify for a full refund, all items must meet the following criteria:

  • 🏷️ Original tags and packaging must be attached and intact.

  • ❌ Items purchased as Final Sale or clearance are ineligible for return or exchange.

  • Step 2: Receive Fulfillment Details 🗺️ Our support team will review your request within 24–48 business hours and provide you with the correct, authorized return shipping address.

  • Step 3: Dispatch Your Package 📦 Securely pack your items and ship them to the designated warehouse provided by our team. We strongly recommend utilizing a trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

💰 REIMBURSEMENTS & PROCESSING

Once your return arrives at our fulfillment hub and passes a routine quality inspection, your refund will be initiated.

  • Refund Method: The credit will automatically be issued to your original form of payment.

  • Timeline: Please allow 5–10 business days for the transaction to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Unless the return is a result of our error (e.g., defective or incorrect items), customers are responsible for covering return shipping costs.
